The Cleveland Cavaliers’ continue their busy month of March tonight as they return home to face the Philadelphia 76ers. With their loss to the Chicago Bulls last night, the Cavs have now lost five of their last seven games, and are 19-19 in their last 38, their worst stretch since the first half of the 2014-2015 season. J.R. Smith and Kevin Love have struggled mightily since returning from injury, Kyle Korver remains out with a sore left foot, and Iman Shumpert and Richard Jefferson have been in and out of the lineup. For the first time this season, the Cavaliers look like a long shot to make it to the NBA Finals, let alone repeat as champions.

While they’ve been terrible on the second night of back-to-backs, tonight’s game is still an opportunity for the Cavaliers to right the ship. While it’s sad to say, there were some improvements during last night’s game against the Bulls, particularly in the first half. Hopefully the Cavs can build on that with the home crowd behind them and get their first win in what seems like forever.
