InstaCap: Cavs 113, Raps 87 (Just Keep on Comin’ On)
2016-05-28LeBron James just kept coming tonight. He played a high-usage 41 minutes, notching 33 points (on just 22 shots), 11 rebounds, 6 dimes, and 3 blocks. He played hard defensively the whole night and he, Kyrie, and J.R. Smith kicked off a handful of transition opportunities in the 1st half. Kevin Love stepped into a couple 3s off those opportunities and finished with 20 points (on just 11 shots), 14 boards, and 4 dimes himself. Kyrie Irving struggled to find space in the half-court in the first half but broke the seal in the second half. His 12 points in the 3rd quarter kept the feisty Raptors at bay, and eventually they just couldn’t keep up. LeBron and the Cavs just kept coming.
LeBron is about to participate in his 6th straight Finals and he looks as healthy physically and mentally as I can ever remember going into June ball. I’m glad the Cavs are enjoying the moment right now and not getting too caught up in breaking Cleveland’s curse. As LeBron knocks em stiff on the proverbial 13th hole of his career, it’s really something to stop and think about what he’s accomplished. He’s been the most dominant basketball player on the planet for 10 years running. The record books are being re-written on a nightly basis.

Overall, this was a really good team. They didn’t trash talk or purposely kick the players in the kiwi’s. There were pics of Lowry talking to Cleveland kids & signing autographs. They were by far the more classier opponents we had this year.
Yes! Gotta Make It Happen. Can’t have too much Vibra-slap. I was out at a college reunion event so I had to follow along on the phone as a best I could. Looking forward to watching the game replay today. Cavs have depth, star power, and a team offense like they’ve never had. 1. J.R. Smith sat at his locker cradling the silver ball Eastern Conference championship trophy on his lap. When he finally stood to shower, he kissed the ball and set it high atop his locker as onlookers warned him to be careful with it.

Cavs never will escape this. Despite the ebjoyment obvious tonight, just read a CBSsports headline that says “Is LeBron heading south again if Cavs win Title”. I wish these people got an automatic suspension for this BS.
