The Comment Monster
A monster lives in the comments section of Cavs: The Blog, and he likes to feed on comments. We have very little idea about when he will strike. What we do know is that comments with 2 or more links will get filed into the spam folder, as will comments with foul or discriminatory language. The comment monster also seems to enjoy extra-long comments, so if you have a long comment, you may want to press copy before submitting a long comment and break it into multiple pieces if the monster eats it. If you are having particular trouble with the monster, email one of us and we will talk to him for you.

I am sorry I have got to start feeling some creedence to the conspiracy theorists, the called foul on Lebrons drive, then the no call on Howards tip attempt are total fiction by the refs. I can only imagine what Skip Bayliss is going to say tommorow morning, at this point I would totally agree with him…
To be blunt I didnt really care either way when this series started but at this point I am losing all interest in even watching the NBA. First a ref is shown to be betting and manipulating games, now this just really really looks blatant on a league conspiracy to put Cleavland and LA in the championship series. I see 1 more call that looks that bad I would have to say I will likely lose all interest in “professional basketball”…

They want Lebron vs. Kobe for the final….These ghost fouls the last game when Howard blocked Bron for the three and now .5 left they send Lebron to the line with that week “foul”..Then Varijeoh undercuts Howard and theres no foul called…Yes Lakers Cavs final would generate more money but I believe Orlando has just as good a chance if not more to win it all >>>>>>>

mikeyboy, who is the fix in for? it seems like everyone said it was the cavs, but now is it the magic? Or is it whoever is winning at the time?
i’ve lost faith in the officials calling this game. the last two plays [ie, pietrus' foul on lbj and non-call against varejao] were too pro-cavs. this series is marred by dirt-poor calls by the official who are hellbent on making that lbj-kobe prophecy. kudos to the magic who are hanging in there despite playing against three more opponents in the court. sorry orlando, although i’m rooting for you guys, it seems you are not the league’s favorite.

Officiating is terrible, and no, it isn’t in favor of the Cavs. It’s just terrible. There have been bad calls against each team. This is why I never watched the NBA until this year and won’t ever watch it again. And I’m not really a fan of either team.
